I was Head Girl at Broomwood Hall during my final year in 2007. Broomwood Hall gave me the best preparatory education I could have asked for. The teachers are phenomenal, and I am still in contact with all of them. As Broomwood Hall is a small school though always expanding, they have recently brought a new building that has a state of the art cooking school and is I believe the only school to accommodate Leiths Cookery School and I now have no problem making a roast! Anyway as Broomwood is a small school you always get a sense of belonging and that you are always getting the best out of your education as the teachers get to spend more time on you and focusing on areas that you struggle with, also everybody knows you by name even the caretakers which may not seem very important but I am now at a school with 1220 pupils and only 5 teachers know me by name and now I realise that being known by name really is important. Their facilities are amazing especially for a school that only started 23 years ago. They have multiple tennis courts, are within 5 minutes of Wandsworth Common, I do belive that they now have or a building a theatre with teired seating, they also have a huge library with over 2000 titles (It was my job as Head Girl to know that), 2 music rooms and 10 music cells for individual learning and I could go on and on but I think my review is getting rather long. I absolutely loved Broomwood and it has given me so much for which I will be eternally grateful. I strongly recommend that you go and visit Broomwood Hall as it really is a most spectacular school!

Generally I was very happy although sport was a low point (very little emphasis) and the needs of pupils who did not quite fit the mould and pursued more individual lines were neglected
