Clifton Lodge is a very rigid, old style school whose teachers do not keep abreast of current teaching practises and therefore can appear to be using antiquated methods. Creative opportunities are limited as are sporting and music. There is a heavy focus on academic achievement at the expense of other areas of the curriculum which together should contribute to form a well rounded child.

Clifton Lodge provides everything our boys need. For the last years or so we set a record of 14 years straight GCSE passes.

As a pupil at the school I find the education excellent and I have really learnt a lot. I have really improved my maths and I can do my GCSE maths exam next year.

For the last 15 years at least one of our sons has attended Clifton Lodge from the age of 4 yrs. We have been delighted with the academic progress they have achieved and this is due entirely to the excellent, dedicated teaching staff who laid the foundations for them to achieve success. The Headmasters Mr. Blumlein and Mr. Mcmahon are totally dedicated to the boys to ensure each child maximises their academic potential.

The school has an excellent record for GCSE maths. The school has a record for fourteen years of GSCE maths pases. Two boys in the school got Queen Scolarships at Westminister school. More students have got Scolarships at other schools such as Merchant Talyors and City of London. The school has an excellent academic record.

My son went to Clifton Lodge and is now in one of the most prestigious public schools in the country. Hats off to the brilliant headmaster and his able staff.
