This school has sports every day as is very sporty.
There is great peer pressure to fully board, especially in last year.
In my firt year (year 4) there were 6 fully boarders in a yaer of 32, when I left I was the only day pupil in a year of 38.
several Spainish come to learn English- there are sometimes bad feelings due to behaviour.
The food is good but bw warned- suppers are often chips/crips and fish finger/chicken nuggets- as they only need to be put in the oven.
However there is a lovely homely atnosphere, if you are crying everyone will gather round and help.
Very strong sport/art/classics.
If you have a young child who may be homesick but needs to fully board, there is no better place.
