I am thrilled that we moved our son to The Grove! Prior to this he had been at Milton Keynes Prep and a state school - both of which failed dismally. He joined The Grove at the beginning of 2006 and he has progressed ten-fold.
The Grove offers a friendly, safe and caring environment for all the children that attend and I would highly recommend the school - unconditionally.
A definite alternative to the other prep schools in and around Milton Keynes.

I am an ex-pupil, and i think the Grove was a great school. It was small, but that was good because everyone knew each other, and we were all friends. When I went to my High School I realised how good the teaching was, as we learnt French at the age of 4, when some people at my new school had not learnt it at all. Both French and Maths were taught at an advanced level for our age.
There was also good clubs outside of school hours- speech & drama, instrumental lessons, sport and art clubs. They also did 'fun weeks' during holidays if parents had to work, these were great fun. Lessons finished at 4, but we could stay until 6, with tea provided.
I made loads of great friends, and would recommend this school to any parent.

I uesd to think the Grove was a boring and (too) strict school but when I left I realised that it was a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Now in my secondary school, I suddenly realised how advanced the teaching was. We started learning French at the age of 4 and had and extra year 7 and 8 class where the sciences were split up and another language taught. The Grove is a rather small but extremely friendly and disciplined place of learning.

I have two children currently at the Grove. Both benefit from the warm family feel and I am confident in the school's ability to nurture and stretch them academically.

I am an ex-pupil, i left at 11, but I am sure to this day The Grove has kept up the high standards there were when I was a pupil.
